Y H & C Investment Policy Statement
Client: Wanda Wealthy. Age 52. Investing goal is to build wealth for retirement in 10-20 years. Indicated she is investing for the long term and will not look at the money for a long period of time. Discretion is with YH& C with respect to individual investments, and minimizing risk. Initially indicated will invest in indexes, then thought about that and told her my skill is investing in individual equities and she could easily invest in indexes without my help so for me to invest her capital I would be investing in individual securities like all other clients-Return Objective: Long Term Capital Appreciation with dividends reinvested. Wanda indicated that the money allocated was for a long term perspective and that there was plenty of discretion and freedom regarding what to invest in, and to do what I thought best.

Strategy: Initially invest in medium sized companies (mid-cap) growing at 15% on the top line for better than average growth and a small amount of income. Will try to balance those companies with a large cap bank for stable growth and income generation (dividends reinvested).
