First

In order to understand more about your specific situation, we set up a call to learn more about what makes you unique. Everyone has their own story about where they come from and their different circumstances, and we are interested in hearing it.

Second

Clients fill out a financial information worksheet which details their employment details, and their specific financial information. It is important to know as much as possible about clients in order to be accurate in diagnosing and creating a plan for the future.

Third

We create an Investment Policy Statement which is used to guide us as we navigate the markets. It outlines the risk profile, return objectives, liquidity needs, time horizon, tax circumstances, and any other details which are necessary in how your money is invested.

Fourth

Clients use Docusign specifically created for Schwab accounts to electronically open an account. You get sent an email to review and add information. Once you are comfortable you electronically sign by clicking and the account will be processed and opened at Schwab.

Fifth

You receive quarterly letters and reports detailing the account performance and Y H & C Investments perspectives on what you own and how it compares to the plan.
